Spanish for Supervisors is an 8-week course designed to enhance communication between English-speaking supervisors and their Spanish-speaking staff. Each lesson focuses on building Spanish language related to the workplace. The course equips participants with the strategies and skills to improve communication in a multilingual environment.

- Opportunity to practice speaking and listening in Spanish
- Feedback from a bilingual instructor
SPANISH CULTURE
- Aspects of Latino culture that differ from typical U.S. workplace culture
- Values that are commonly held by the Latino culture
- Ways to be culturally sensitive to employees from Latino cultures
COMMUNICATION TOOLS
- Techniques for improving understanding across languages
- Ways to encourage employees to develop their English skills
- Opportunities to practice communication tools by listening to Spanish and decoding the meaning
